The following projects are just a few examples of the type of work we carry out for a broad range of clients, including members of the general public, private companies and Local Planning Authorities: both builders and developers.
1) Building Applications:

2) Change of Use Applications:
- Change of use from public house to restaurant with associated building works;
- Change of use from residential property to office;
- Change of use from retail unit to estate agents.
3) Appeals:
- Appeal by written representation for change of use from retail unit to take - away;
- Appeal by informal hearing for two residential dwellings;
- Appeal by public local inquiry for change of use from industrial land to residential.
4) Enforcement:
- Appeal against change of use of land from leisure plot to residential;
- Works to regularise unlawful use of take-away;
- Regularise unlawful siting of portacabins.
5) Local Authority Contracts:
- Currently we determine numerous applications submitted to Local Planning Authorities. These include:
- Outline and full applications for new builds ranging from bungalows to small developments;
- Change of use applications;
- Advertisement consent.
Our achievements are wide ranging but during the last few months we have secured the following approvals:
- Successful change in use of public house to restaurant;
- Secured planning permission for 5,000 sq metre glass house and packing facility;
- Gained planning permission for a large two-storey extension in Green Belt;
- Secured planning permission on timber barn in open countryside.
